The internal and external world
27-28 November in Oslo Teatersenter
In workshop there will be lots of body work, we will explore together both the
internal and the external world of our clown.
Wat does our body have to tell when we don't act from the mind? How small can
we express ourselves, with still being crystal clear? How big can we express
ourselves in the external world without going in to overacting? We will look for
ways to show the essence of our clown.
Explore the "outside" clowning to know
more about what you like, and what you want to change. We will go far over the
top, what might feel unreal/unnatural. From there back to finding something
what suits our clown in the now. Giving our inner clown a voice for singing. A song
from the hart! Thinking we are in balance, having total control and out of
balance: stepping into the big not knowing.
For this workshop former experience in clowning is not necessary.
